Terms of access to CRDN
The CRDN is open to the public (students, Ph.D students, professors, research professors, etc).
In order to ensure the safety of users and the correct functioning of the CRDN, access to the library is subject to the following conditions:
Entry is via the school reception (main entrance of Télécom Paris) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 8pm.
-All students who have registered on the database of Télécom Paris, whose badges have current access rights, can enter with those (students of the Institut Mines-Telecom and IP Paris). The badge is non-transferable and can only be used for one person.
-People from other schools and universities are allowed entry into the CRDN under the condition that they leave their student card or professional badge from their establishment at the reception or at the central security office. In exchange, a visitors badge, on a lanyard, will be given to them at the entry to the campus.
-Other external visitors are allowed entry. In exchange for a piece of identity, a visitors badge on a lanyard, will be given to them at the entry to the campus.
At 8pm, the receptionist will leave their desk and transfer the badges and the documents to the central security office. For those leaving after 8pm, they can recover what they have left, at the central security office.

1. Presenting your badge at reception
On arrival at the CRDN, all users must present a valid badge at the library reception.
The following badges are accepted:

a guest badge for external visitors.
Access will be refused if no valid proof is submitted.
2. Signing the register
Once the badge has been checked, each user must sign the entry and exit register with their surname, first name, the date, and their arrival and departure times.
The register is checked by the student monitor.
3. Checking the online attendance sheet
The online attendance sheet, completed and shared by the security control room, is checked by the student monitor.
The student monitor ensures that every user admitted to the CRDN is correctly recorded on it.
